Welcome!  We are overjoyed that you are choosing to invest in you, your child and your family to learn parenting through heart transformation, not just behavior modification. This is Christ-based coaching for lasting change.

"Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it."  — Proverbs 22:6

Our goal is to deeply know God’s character, His works, and our identity in Him from a place of wholeness, so we can shepherd the hearts of our children rather than merely manage their behavior. By daily exemplifying our own need for the Savior, our parenting becomes a reflection of His love—drawing our children to grow in their own understanding of God’s Word and His heart for them nourished by our parenting style and abilities.  You'll gain practical tools rooted in Scripture, supported by licensed therapists who understand both the clinical and spiritual dimensions of family life.  This isn't another online parenting course. It's personalized, expert-led, live coaching.

Week 1 – Parenting From the Heart of God
To truly understand your child's heart, you must first experience God’s unconditional love and learn how to trust Him completely. Bringing your own parenting weaknesses and messiest emotions to Him creates a secure, shame-free attachment. Once you anchor your heart in His perfect parenting, you can naturally extend that same grace, comfort, and security to your children.

Week 2 – Getting to the Heart of Your Child
This session discusses the importance of shifting the parent's focus from behavior modification to heart transformation, urging parents to address the internal motivations driving a child's actions rather than merely managing external behavior. Grounded in biblical principles, this approach highlights that a child's thoughts, motivations and desires to connect are what truly drive their outward behavior. Ultimately, it emphasizes that external compliance does not equal internal change, calling parents to lovingly shepherd their child's heart.

Week 3 – Biblical vs. Unbiblical Methods
This session exposes common misconceptions of discipline—like relying on bribery, emotionalism, empty threats, or behavior manipulation—and explores how children benefit when they learn to recognize their own heart motives. It emphasizes that changing outward behavior without transforming the heart simply trains the heart to rely on whatever external means you used to control it. Finally, the session highlights the vital role of parental modeling, challenging parents to live out the same heart-level integrity they wish to cultivate in their children.

Week 4 – Authority, Fear, and Emotional Regulation
This week addresses the vital need for parents to reclaim healthy, God-given authority in the home by confronting their own fears and emotional regulation. It examines why culture has rejected traditional authority, warning against pitfalls like emotional enmeshment and overcorrection. Instead, the curriculum teaches that true parental authority acts as a protective hedge that makes children feel safe, rather than a weaponized tool of fear. Ultimately, it equips parents to serve as the stable emotional anchor during their child's storms, moving from reactive control to secure co-regulation and attunement.

Week 5 – Attachment and Attunement
This week’s session tackles the core of attachment and attunement, showing why these two concepts are vital for a secure relationship. The biggest takeaway? This isn’t about you—your child is not an extension of yourself. By focusing on attunement, we will discuss how to deeply connect with and respond to your child's independent emotional needs. Ultimately, this lesson cuts through the noise, guiding parents to foster a healthy, secure attachment based on who their child truly is.

Week 6 – Infancy to pre-Teen
This session introduces the core framework of parenting the heart from infancy through the pre-teen years. Instead of relying on quick-fix behavior management that changes with every age milestone, parents learn a timeless, biblical approach that grows with their child. The lesson explores how to discern the unique motivations, fears, and desires driving a child's actions at each developmental stage. Ultimately, this foundational session equips parents with the tools to build lasting, heart-level connections that anchor their children securely from the early years through adolescence.

Week 7 – Teenagers
Our final session focuses on the critical shift of parenting teenagers through the heart during a season of rapid change and independence. Instead of falling into the trap of behavior control, isolation, or constant power struggles, parents learn how to maintain deep influence by understanding the unique pressures, identity struggles, and emotional needs of the teen years. The lesson equips parents to transition from managers to trusted shepherds, guiding their teens to discern their own heart motives and anchor their identity securely in Christ. Ultimately, this session provides practical strategies to move past surface-level compliance and build a resilient, heart-level bond that lasts into adulthood.
